Mumbai– Popular actor Shivajirao Gaikwad, i.e. Rajinikanth, who captured the hearts of audiences through his acting in Tamil, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam, was honored with the Dadasaheb Phalke Award on October 25, 2021. The award was presented in 2019 in recognition of Rajinikanth’s invaluable contribution to Indian cinema.
