Apple Watch Series 7: Launched with biggest display ever, know price and features

Apple Watch Series 7 has also been launched during Apple’s California streaming event. This new model is the 8th iteration of the company series. The Apple Watch Series 7 has improved a lot over the last year. It has been upgraded and the design has been changed. Its boards are 1.7mm thin. The display of this series is the biggest ever which comes with 45mm variant. The watch also comes with 41mm screen size. The company claims that the new design gives the Apple Watch Series 7 20% faster screen area than the Series 6.

The price of Apple Watch Series 7 GPS variant is 39 399 i.e. around Rs 29,400. The Apple Watch Series 7 GPS and Cellular option is priced at Rs 400 or Rs 36,800. It is available in Midnight, Starlight, Green, Blue and Red colours. Its Indian price and availability are not yet known.

Apple Watch Series 7 comes in 41mm and 45mm case variants. The company has placed Always On Retina Display on the new Apple Watch which was also available in the previous model. In terms of performance improvement, it will work 70 percent faster than the previous series. At the same time, Apple has designed the display of this watch in such a way that the screen size has increased by 20 percent. Its border is 1.7mm thin.

As far as the main USP is concerned, the company has put a lot of focus on health and fitness this time around and made a lot of improvements. Blood oxygen saturation tracking facility. It uses a built-in block oxygen sensor. It also has a heart rate tracking feature. The series has been launched with watchOS 8. A pre-loaded breathing app has been made available with this operating system. Sleep tracking is also provided. The watch has a QWERTY keyboard. It can work for 18 hours on a single charge.
