Indian cricketers are getting worried after the defeat against Pakistan

The Indian team lost the match against Pakistan in the T20 World Cup on Sunday. This was India’s first defeat against Pakistan in the history of the World Cup. However, after the defeat, Indian cricket team’s star fast bowler Mohammad Shamin was trolled by many people on social media. Current and former Indian cricketers are upset with this and have come out in support of Shamina.

In the match played on Sunday, Virat Kohli’s team had to face defeat by 10 wickets. In which Shami gave 43 runs in 3.5 overs. After the defeat, people on social media held Shamin responsible. However, now the players have come in his support.

Former cricketer Virender Sehwag tweeted, “We are with Mohammed Shami in his online attack.” He is a champion and India is the first country to come online for any Indian wearing a cape. I am with you Shami. Let the star shine in the next match.
Irfan Pathan, who was a part of the 2007 T20 World Champion team, said, ‘I have also been a part of matches between India and Pakistan, when India lost, but I was never asked to go to Pakistan. I’ve been talking about this for a few years now. Now all this bullshit must stop.
Notably, Mohammed Shami has been India’s star bowler in recent years. Trollers on social media on Sunday linked his poor performance to his religion. Apart from Shami, some other Indian players were the target of trollers.

Former India spinner Harbhajan Singh and spinner Yuzvendra Chahal, who was included in the T20 World Cup squad but was dropped from the playing XI for the match against Pakistan, have also come out in support of Shamina. Harbhajan Singh tweeted, ‘Mohammed Shami, we love you. When Chahal tweeted that Shami bhai we are proud of you.

Former Indian fast bowler Rudra Pratap Singh tweeted that Mohammed Shami is an Indian cricketer and we are proud of him. It is very sad to target him after the defeat against Pakistan.
