The stock, which falls in the midcap category, has gained 1.5 per cent in a week. The stock is also kept under surveillance in addition to the first stage, M/s.
Considering the movement it has seen in a year, it has fixed a maximum daily volatility of 5 per cent so that its price does not fluctuate much and investors do not suffer huge losses. As of the September quarter, 22.40 per cent of the company’s shares are in the hands of promoters while 77.60 per cent are held by public shareholders.
Its 1.07 lakh public shareholders hold 80.83 crore shares, of which 1.05 lakh shareholders hold more than Rs 2 lakh. While 683 shareholders hold 20.78 per cent. Apart from this, 18 foreign portfolio investors hold 0.38 per cent or 40.01 lakh shares. All these figures are for the September quarter.
Tata Alexi (305 per cent) and Tanla Platform (259 per cent) are also among the top gainers in Vikram Samvat 2077, working in the IT sector. Apart from this, Newgen Software has also seen a rise of 135.82 percent during this period. However, Brightcom Group, which made a profit of Rs 105.55 crore in the June quarter, was the biggest gainer. The company provides digital marketing solutions to businesses, agencies and online publishers around the world.
