Dhonsa is a South Indian dish which is loved by almost everyone. In this too, everyone likes Masala Dhonsa very much. Ingredients (4 person stuffing)

2 medium sized potatoes
1 tsp lentils
10 salted neem leaves
1 medium sized finely chopped onion
1/4 cup roasted peanuts
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp hing
1 tsp grated ginger
salt to taste

Keep a bowl for garnish, add oil, asafoetida, mustard seeds, lentils, dry red chilies and sweet neem. Bake all these things for two minutes. Then add finely chopped onion and grated ginger. Now mix this mixture well and let it rise for a few minutes. Fry till onion changes color.

Now add mashed potatoes in this bowl. Add salt as per taste and mix well. Now add 2-3 tbsp of water to it and cover the bowl with a lid. Let the mixture rise for two minutes. Lastly, add peanuts to this masala and mix. Your Masala Dhosa Stuffing is ready.


You can also add chickpeas along with lentils while pouring.
If you like spicy food then you can also add 1-2 chopped chilies to the stuffing.
