Making Sikh Paneer Corn Panipuri, a Variety You’ve Never Tried Before

250 grams semolina
1/2 tsp. spoon baking powder
150 grams boiled American corn kernels
20 grams chopped coriander
2 tbsp. spoon lemon juice
1 tbsp. teaspoon salt
water as needed
125 grams wheat flour
2 tbsp. spoon oil
2 nos chopped green chilies
2 tbsp. spoon mayonnaise
3 grams powdered sugar
50 grams grated cheese
oil for frying

Phase 1

To make this Fusion Street Food, first take a bowl. Contains Semolina, Wheat Flour, Oil, Baking Powder, 1/2 tsp. teaspoon salt. Mix all the ingredients well. Add little water and knead the dough which is neither loose nor hard.

Once the dough is bound, let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes. After that, make small balls out of it and weave them.

Heat oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, fry it till it becomes golden brown.

Take a bowl. It has mayonnaise, powdered sugar, lemon juice, chopped coriander, chopped green pepper, steamed American corn kernels and 1/2 tsp. Add a teaspoon of salt and mix.

Add this mixture little by little to the prepared puri. Serve immediately garnished with grated cheese.
